1. Upload the index.php, url_db and configuration.php files to any folder on your site.
   
   
2. CHMOD the above files to:
   
   url_db - 0777 (rwxrwxrwx)
   configuration.php - 0777 (rwxrwxrwx)
   index.php - 0755 (rwxr-xr-x)
   
   
3. Go to:
   
   http://www.your-site.com/rotator_folder/?admin=edadmin - change password/username
   http://www.your-site.com/rotator_folder/?admin=edurls - add/edit URLs

   http://www.your-site.com/rotator_folder/ - Your rotator

   First time login details:

   Username: admin_username
   Password: password

   NOTE: The admin username has an underscore ( _ ) character. If you are having problems logging in after the install, copy and paste the above login details into the login form.

1.0.1 Update:
Rotator configured for PHP 4.0.6 and under.
